Tokyo Keizai University regularly hosts the "Japan Study Program" for students from its partner institutions. The outline of the July 2025 program is as follows:
1. Program Overview
■ Program Period:
July 3, 2025 (Thursday, Arrival in Japan) – July 18, 2025 (Friday, Return)
Weekday Mornings (Mon–Fri): Japanese Language Classes (Total 24 hours)
Weekday Afternoons (Mon–Fri): Japanese cultural experience activities (approx. 7–8 sessions)
※ Please refer to the attached February 2025 schedule (available in Japanese and English) for reference. The July 2025 schedule will be announced later.
■ Eligibility:
Applicants should have at least JLPT N4 level proficiency or basic conversational Japanese ability.
※ Due to accommodation and other limitations, each school is tentatively allowed to nominate one student only. Partner school nominations are based on a first-come, first-served basis. If the quota is full before the application deadline, we ask for your understanding.
2. Application Method
■ On-Campus Application Deadline:
May 11, 2025 (Sunday)

Email subject: Application for Tokyo Keizai University Japan Study Program_[Your Name]
After internal screening, nominated students will be notified and asked to submit documents ②–④ and proceed with the payment.
■ Required Application Documents:
① Application Form (Please fill in directly on the Word file)
② Recent ID-style photo (electronic file)
③ Copy of passport (photo and passport number page)
④ Proof of overseas travel insurance
※ All documents should be submitted via email.
■ Application Timeline:
School Nomination Deadline: May 14, 2025 (Wednesday)
Document Submission Deadline for Nominated Students: May 16, 2025 (Friday)
Payment Deadline: May 26, 2025 (Monday)
Fees
■ Program Fee:
170,000 JPY – Payable to Tokyo Keizai University
3,000 TWD – Application fee, payable to Providence University
