僑生入學： 「海外聯合招生委員會」分發

以目前臺灣的留學生政策而言，留學生按不同的入學管道可分為三種類型，分別為「僑生」，「港澳生」和「外籍生」。2002年僑委會正式將華僑的官方定義限縮為具有中華民國國籍的台僑，然而僑生的定義仍然採取傳統的血統主義認定方式，而不論僑生的國籍為何，規定凡是「海外出生連續居留迄今，或最近連續居留海外六年以上，並取得當地永久或長期居留證件之華裔學生」皆符合台灣的僑生資格。「僑生回國就學及輔導辦法」中明列限定所謂「海外」乃指「大陸地區、香港及澳門以外之國家或地區」。海外僑生及港澳生申請至本校就讀，需根據海外聯合招生委員會之辦法辦理。

招生對象：

凡符合 「僑生回國就學及輔導辦法」、 「香港澳門居民來臺就學辦法」或 「蒙藏委員會輔導海外蒙藏學生回國升學辦法」規定，並持有申請年度海外聯合招生簡章規定之學歷證件，自海外保薦回國升讀大學校院者。

申請程序：

• 依據僑生回國就學及輔導辦法及香港澳門居民來台就學辦法之規定，各海外保薦單位依簡章規定之期限受理申請。申請時應繳交簡章規定之申請表件。
• 所有表件均經保薦單位確實查核，填註意見並簽章證明後，將申請表函送僑務委員會及教育部核辦。
• 僑務委員會及教育部審查各生申請表件並加註意見後轉送僑務委員會辦理分發。

校內獎學金(依靜宜大學－學生獎助學金實施辦法申辦)：

• 第一年：

  僑生發放「雜費」同額獎學金；

  如是海外聯盟中學畢業、合作留台機構推薦則是發放「學費」同額獎學金。

• 第二年起看班排名給獎學金：

  班排名前15%獲得35,000助學金；

  班排名15.01%-30%獲得20,000助學金；

  班排名30.01%-50%獲得8,000助學金。

校外獎學金：

 僑務委員會獎勵頂尖及傑出僑生來臺就讀大學校院獎學金(每年1~3月申請)

IFP provides foreign students with 1-year Chinese preparatory program and 4 years bachelor program. In the 1st year, student will be provided with the Chinese language class and improve student’s Chinese proficiency in the International Foundation Program. When Student passed the TOCFL, student will get to bridge to the academic program to learn specialized capabilities.

凡符合「外國學生來台就學辦法」、「香港澳門居民來台就學辦法」、「僑生回國就學及輔導辦法」所定外國學生、港澳生及僑生身分之僑外生。

• Student who passed the TOCFL Listening and Reading test with the result of
  • A2, student may apply for the scholarship of NTD 6,000
  • B1, student may apply for the scholarship of NTD 10,000
  • B2, student may apply for the scholarship of NTD 14,000
  **Please note that each level can only apply for ONE time only.


• When IFP student entered the bachelor program, student should follow the PU Scholarship rule for overseas student.
  • Student who passed the TOCFL Listening and Reading test with the result of B1 before entering the bachelor program will be offered the scholarship which the amount is same with the Tuition and Miscellaneous Fee.
  • Student who passed the TOCFL Listening and Reading test with the result of A2 before entering the bachelor program will be offered the scholarship which the amount is same with the Tuition Fee.

The International Master INTENSE Program in the College of Science is based on the talent needs of domestic industries. This program involves the signing of industry-academia cooperation agreements between the university and enterprises, collaborative design of customized courses with the industry, joint teaching by university faculty and industry experts, full participation of enterprises in selecting outstanding talents, course instruction, and internships, all aimed at jointly fostering and retaining talents.

Prospective Students:

International students and Overseas Chinese students from Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand,Vietnam and Malaysia who completed the Bachelor Degree.

During the two-year master's program, students can receive the Industry-Academic Scholarship from government and monthly living allowance from enterprises
